Marta Pet Bottle 500 ml Bericap

Marta Pet Bottle 500 ml Bericap is a lightweight PET bottle for cold-filled and ambient beverages: fresh juice, smoothies, flavoured water, sports drinks, plant-based milk, iced tea and cold brew coffee. Its Bericap neck is one of the most widely used closure standards in European beverage production.

PET is 90% lighter than equivalent glass, reducing shipping cost and carbon footprint per delivery. Marta Pet Bottle 500 ml Bericap is shatterproof — important for gym, outdoor and vending applications. It is 100% recyclable in EU PET streams (recycled into bottles and fibre).

Standard PET is rated for cold-fill only (max 30°C). For hot-fill at 85–90 °C, heat-resistant HR-PET or aseptic cold-fill with UHT-processed juice is required. Marta Pet Bottle 500 ml Bericap is compatible with cold-fill and aseptic lines at ambient temperature.

Marta Pet Bottle 500 ml Bericap uses a Bericap closure (sold separately). This proprietary system provides a consistent torque seal on automated lines. Compatible caps are available in the ThePackStock Bericap closure range in standard and lightweighted formats.

Marta Pet Bottle 500 ml Bericap ships as Pack 100 units at 37.07 € per pack (VAT excl.). Closures sold separately. Ideal for beverage start-ups, co-packers and direct-to-consumer juice brands needing a professional PET solution without minimum tooling investment.
