Crown cap 26

Crown cap 26 is a Crown 26 mm cap compatible with all standard beer, carbonated soft-drink and cider bottles using the ISO 26 crown finish — including our Eco Beer 330 ml, Beer Ret 330 ml and Carbonica 200 ml range. It requires a bench capper, hand lever capper or automated crown capper for application.

Crown closures are rated for internal pressures up to 6.5 bar at 20 °C — well above the 2.0–3.5 bar typical of bottle-conditioned and force-carbonated beers and ciders. The double-crimped skirt locks against the bottle bead to prevent CO₂ escape during carbonation and conditioning.

Tunnel pasteurisation at 60–62 °C, 8–15 PUs is the industry standard for crown-capped bottles. Crown 26 closures maintain seal integrity through this cycle. Avoid temperature spikes above 65 °C which can soften the plastisol liner and risk seal failure.

Crown cap 26 is available in gold, silver, white, black, red, blue, yellow, green and orange. Printed crowns with custom artwork require a minimum order quantity; contact the sales team for tooling and MOQ details. Available by the bag of 50 units for smaller production runs.
