Twist Off 63 Heat Sealable Seal

Twist Off 63 Heat Sealable Seal is a heat-sealable inner liner disc placed between the jar rim and the Twist Off lid before capping. It creates a secondary hermetic barrier — important for medical, nutraceutical and premium food products where even micro-leakage must be eliminated.

Twist Off 63 Heat Sealable Seal is sized for the 63 mm Twist Off jar mouth. Correct diameter matching is critical: an oversized disc cannot be heat-sealed flat; an undersized disc leaves a gap at the rim.

A conduction heat-sealer or induction sealer calibrated to 160–200 °C and 0.5–2 seconds contact time activates the foil-and-PE laminate in Twist Off 63 Heat Sealable Seal. Validate seal integrity with bubble or dye penetration tests on the first production run.

Vitamins, fish-oil capsules, probiotics, infant food, allergen-free condiments and products with regulatory shelf-life claims that depend on hermetic packaging.
