The Agrafer is a tool created by Juvasa, now Berlin Packaging, designed to ensure the perfect sealing of the pre-threaded pilfer-proof cap onto the bottle neck, achieving a tamper-evident closure.
Made from high-resistance steel, bronze, and acetal, the Agrafer consists of a platform and four rollers that provide excellent stability between the cap fold and the bottle’s neck ring.

It’s very easy to use and delivers a professional finish. First, manually screw the pre-threaded pilfer-proof cap onto the oil bottle. Once the cap is in place, position the Agrafer over the cap, press down so the four rollers apply pressure to the safety ring, and rotate it completely.
This sealing method makes it impossible to unscrew the cap without breaking it, ensuring that no one has opened the bottle beforehand. Therefore, it guarantees that the customer will be the first to enjoy its contents.
The Agrafer, sold as a single piece without accessories, is compatible with A315 pre-threaded caps in gold, black, and green.
