Can Le Parfait products be used in the oven, microwave, or freezer?

Le Parfait jars and terrines are extremely versatile: they can be used in the microwave (without gaskets or metal parts) and in the freezer. However, they are not suitable for traditional oven use as the glass is not borosilicate and may suffer thermal shock

Are the gaskets and lids reusable?

To ensure safe preservation and a perfect vacuum seal, it is essential to use a new rubber gasket or Familia Wiss lid for every sterilization process. The glass container, on the other hand, is washable and infinitely reusable, provided it remains intact.

How can I tell if the vacuum seal was successful?

Once cooled, check the seal: for jars with gaskets, unlatch the metal clamp; the lid should remain firmly stuck to the jar. For Familia Wiss terrines, the central lid should be slightly concave and not move when pressed with a finger.

What are the delivery times and how can I track my order?
