Terms and Conditions – "Referral Program"

The Pack Stock Referral Program allows participants to earn a financial reward by recommending our products to new customers through a personalized referral link*.

The use of the referral link for self-purchases or personal consumption is strictly prohibited.

1. Participation

To participate in the program, users must register and obtain an exclusive referral link, which they may freely share with friends, family members, customers, through social media, or via other digital channels.

Participation is subject to company approval, and participants must comply with the tax regulations applicable in their country in order to receive payments.

2. Referral Reward

Participants will receive a commission equivalent to 10% of the value of sales generated through their personal referral link, provided that the referred customer's purchase has been successfully completed and paid for.

3. Commission Calculation Basis

The 10% commission will be calculated exclusively on the net value of the order, meaning the value of the products before VAT is applied.

The following items are expressly excluded from the commission calculation:

• Shipping and transportation costs.
• Applicable taxes (VAT or other taxes).
• Products included in the Outlet category.
• Products included in the Pallet category.
• Discounts applied to the cart through global coupon codes.

4. Sales Validation

Commissions will only be valid for orders placed through the participant's assigned referral link and that have been successfully completed and paid for.

The Pack Stock reserves the right to review and validate all transactions to ensure the proper operation of the program.

5. Commission Payments

Rewards earned through the program will be paid by bank transfer.

Payment will only be made once the legal withdrawal period applicable to the relevant order has expired and provided that no return, cancellation, or issue affecting the sale has occurred.

6. Order Cancellations and Returns

If an order is cancelled, fully or partially refunded, or returned by the referred customer, The Pack Stock reserves the right to cancel or adjust the corresponding commission.

7. Modification or Termination of the Program

The Pack Stock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program at any time, as well as to update these terms and conditions whenever necessary for its proper operation.

Participants will be notified of any such changes at least 15 days in advance.

8. Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in the Refer a Friend Program implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
