At The Pack Stock, we always listen to the needs of small and medium businesses — producers, artisans, and creators who make their products with passion.
That’s why we’re introducing a new pick-up option directly from our warehouse, available for all customers in Spain.
This new service allows you to collect your order with your own transport or carrier, offering more flexibility and control over your logistics.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification by email. From that moment, you can collect your goods within 7 days, using your own transport or carrier, giving you full flexibility and control over your logistics.
🕒 Pick-up hours:
Monday to Thursday — 08:00 to 16:30
Friday — 08:00 to 13:30
Our Customer Service team is always available to help with any questions or clarifications about your order or the collection process.

HOW TO SELECT THE PICK-UP METHOD?

In the checkout, under the Delivery method section, select “Pick-up” (instead of “Shipping”). It’s the second option, marked with the bag icon.

Once you select Pick-up, the Pick-up locations section will appear.

Click “Change Location” and enter your address to search for available pick-up stores near you.

Choose the store available. If the nearest store is far away, the system will show a warning — you can still select it.

After selecting the store, click “Continue to payment” to finalize your order.
